Who called us the best team in the league?
We are definetly not the best team in the Sun Belt. We aren't the second best team. Western Kentucky is much better than we are. Since Troy beat us, and beat Western, maybe they are the best.

Yeah, but the question remains, are we the best team in the State..?
Sorry, I couldn't resist.

I believed that going into tonight's game we had to be considered the 3rd best team in the Belt since we had lost to WKU and Troy. I did feel that we would beat WKU at home and change that equation somewhat. But, having lost to both Troy and WKU on our home court I would say that they have proved they are better than us. Doesn't mean we can't beat them on a neutral court in Hot Springs, but I'd consider beating either one an upset. Right now the question is can we get back up by Saturday and beat a UNT team that has won 4 in a row and is certainly as talented as we are. I didn't think we would win Saturday before tonight's loss. It will take a monumental coaching job to get this team back up in time to beat UNT in Denton.

Yup. Back to placing too much into one game. Every game is equally important.
This is where Coach earns his keep.
