I really am impressed
that the Big Ticket shed 20 pounds that quickly to get back onto the floor. Hope that shows he is serious. Assume it does.

It would be interesting to see some "before and after" pictures. 20 lbs. in 4 weeks, at a clip of 5 lbs/week. That's impressive.

Now I know why my weight loss regimen hasn't been successful. I've been eating fast foods and THINKING about going to the gym 3 times a week.03-melodramatic

According to Steve he lost 13 Ibs. Still pretty impressive.

Lost 20 lbs of fat and gained 7 lbs of muscle? I'd take that!
