You know me kr...I'll be there. Get out of class at 6:15 and then maybe some dinner and then the game to start off the weekend. I'm excited because I missed the blowout last game, it would've been awesome to have seen that big crowd. As for tonight, I assume there won't be much of a crowd, but as far as the game goes, we have to contain Florence. he scored 24 on us last week, I think if we can limit him we have a shot.

Get em to come ... we will need the fans tonight to pull off an upset. Anything can happen in the game of basketball. We just have to figure out a way to score some in the paint. If we can do that we can hang with anyone.

Florence wasn't the problem. He took 23 shots to get 24 points. Emerson and his 18 rebounds killed us. Hopefully the blowout is behind us ....

ah dang good point GFWO, didnt look at the stats, only saw florence had 24.

First of all Mercer's coach is a joke.With 2 minutes left in the game he still had his starters in the game, with a 20 point lead. Our guards have to carry the load because we don't have a big man that wants to play inside.Whipple had 0 rebounds. Our guards had more rebounds. Why does Ingle insist on running the shot clock down before we can get a shot. If our guards are going to lead this team we need to run more and get them open shots before the defense sets up. Our bigs are weak and don't play fundamental basketball. You learn to BOX OUT in middle school. Our 7 footer had more turnovers than our guards and he doesn't have to handle the ball consistently.I think that the first task at hand is to decide who is going to be the point guard, because when we start Kelvin, Spencer and Kurtis we are very small.

How quickly they forget. It was against the previous coach (Slonaker), but Ingle ran the score up on a Mercer team who had 3 starters suspended. You can't have it both ways. Hoffman also put the bench in with 1 minute left. Is it that big a deal to do it at 2 minutes?

yep, you beat me to it. I have no problem with teams playing hard till the end. in fact thats what were missing on our team, no one has that killer instinct. I hate when we have 8-12 point leads, we just sit back and then watch the lead disappear. I want guys on our team that want to win, and win big.

Personally to me its just as insulting to empty the bench when their up big. Its like saying, you couldnt come close to our starters, so here's the practice squad.

Mercer....nobody whines like a Kennesaw fan.

Go away Goldfinger. No one called you out. We get it, we are down, you show your character again. Next time consider how a Kennesaw fan would be received if after a recent string of losses by ETSU one of us showed up talking trash about your fan base.

Go back to your board and leave us alone. We are in enough misery right now to not have to deal with your verbal snipes.
