I was visiting with LRTrojan during the
women's game, and I made the comment that should Steve leave for any reason, it's highly possible that Joe Kleine could be the next coach.
If Steve moved up, it's unlikely Joe would leave Little Rock since it's his home.

LrTrojan made a good point in that if we ever make a change, he'd like to see the job search go outside the staff and find the best coach available that we could afford to hire.

Since the last two coaching hires, Porter Moser and Steve, have been elevated from assistant to head coach, that has been the M.O. here for awhile.

What would your choice be. Promote from within, or bring in fresh new thinking from outside the staff? Interesting subject, isn't it?05-stirthepot05-stirthepot05-stirthepot
