You pompous little arrogant windbag! You're not getting away with this spin. What you failed to mention is that your "away" game just happened to be against a team who plays their home games in the exact same city that you do. So while this little game technically took place on a different floor it is a stretch to call it an away game. Especially considering that Belmont is a program that is coming off of three straight appearances at the NCAA tournament and yet you can't even garner more than a hundred fans to attend an "away" game that happens to take place in the same city. You call this a program on the rise? This is a disgrace! ETSU will have more than a hundred fans in Nashville for both Belmont and Lipscomb and this is by far the lowest we've ever sank as a program. See, this is one of my biggest problems with the Atlantic Sun....you people couldn't muster a fan base if you won a national championship.

Taking your sister doesn't count Buclover :)

Buccaneerlover Wrote:100 people total? Are you FREAKING KIDDING ME? That's not embarrassing, that's sad. There is something really wrong there that Belmont isn't getting more than that to games.
And KSU, enjoy it, it'll last about as long as a promnight hookup.

BelmontSuperFan Wrote:Bruin fans in the stands, I'd guess about 100.

Wins and losses at this point in the season don't count for much. However, please note that one of our losses came against the #4 team in the country and only by 14 points (really not indicative of the game we played). And don't forget our trip to Knoxville on Dec. 20. Once conference play starts, we'll be able to see how the conference shakes out. Needless to say that teams like Belmont and Mercer that play strong out of conference schedules will have the upper hand going into conference play.

It'll be another great year for Belmont, win or lose the tournament (but preferably win!).

Its true that no self-respecting member of the male race would ever use smiley faces of any kind.

Based on your avatar, you seem to have a thing for queer smiles.

"ETSU will have more than a hundred fans in Nashville for both Belmont and Lipscomb"

Watch out! Holy! I can understand ETSU fans attending the Lipscomb game because you will win. However, why go for the Belmont game????

Queer: strange or odd from a conventional viewpoint; unusually different; singular ..... of a questionable nature or character; suspicious; shady

From Dictionary.com

It seems as though you are the uncultured one as your mind immediately swung to the slang usage of a perfectly reasonable adjective for the smile on your avatar's face.

I guess I will have to accept that it never crossed my mind that I should be charmed by the dubious looking male in your avatar. Forgive me Goldfinger.

RE: Judgment Day is coming for KSU
I will have to admit that I do not. I am assuming it is a character in a classic movie, which I can't say that I have much grounds for knowledge. I stick mainly to books, and being around 30 years old, I don't have much desire to go back and watch the classics. I have seen the photo you have before, but don't recognize the actor...I just like busting your chops over nothing. In all seriousness who is he?

I thought Orson Wells would somehow be a fitting picture for arguing with the Kennesaw kids. But it seems we no longer argue anymore....alas we have become dull
