I turned on the radio just now for the game, and heard Ray Tucker on Drive Time. I heard Phil Elson say last night that he would be doing the guys game tonight, but I wonder what Tucker is doing on Drive Time instead of being in Mobile. But, I'm glad he's not in Mobile. This way we get to have a real play by play announcer.

I would imagine that Phil was there on Wednesday for the girls game, and it probably wouldn't have been cost effective to send Tucker down since Phil was already there. Or Tucker might have been needed to fill in at Drive Time, and since Phil was going to be in Mobile anyway, it worked out allright. I was at a play at Robinson Auditorium, so I missed it all anyway. Great win for our team.

You may be right. If you remember, last week at Lafayette, Ray did both the women's game Wednesday, and the men's game Thursday.
