An apology to David Raath and FOX16
In an earlier post, I mentioned about last night when David Raath mentioned on the 9 o'clock news that UCA, ASU, and UALR had played, but didn't give any scores or say who won. I emailed him and took him to task over that. He emailed me back and apologized, and explained that the switchboard at FOX 16 had crashed, and they taped the 9 o'clock news show at 6:45, thus having to tell the viewing public to check their website for the scores.

I don't understand why the switchboard crash had anything to do with taping the show earlier, but I do understand that they wouldn't have known the scores at 6:45.

He was very nice, and told me that they would give UALR as much time as they could. I appreciate him getting back to me. I didn't expect him to. He told me that they are glad to get responses from the public, good and bad, to help them evaluate themselves.

At least you got his attention that there are some Trojans fans out here that really care.
