Keys to victory tonight.
I predict that if Edwards and Fowler can play at least 30 minutes tonight, we'll win the game. If either gets in foul trouble early and has to sit, then it's a toss up. That might be the key to a successful season. Being able to have Shane and John in the game for at least 30 minutes. Obviously we need Stevie and III, but they don't seem to be able to play without excessive fouling, so you can figure they'll be in the game for as long as coach wants them to be.

I predict that if we score more points than New Orleans, we'll win the game. That is straight out of the bible, from the book of Scotto.

I really know very little about UNO. I think they were picked to finish at the bottom of our division. They started 0-4, but their current leading scorer didn't play in those games. They are 7-4 (1 nonDI win included) since then, so they have been playing reasonable well. Since we don't blow people out and always struggle with UNO, I've got to believe this one will go down to the wire.

It's always hard for me to predict wins or losses, or how athletes(young or even professionals)will perform in a game. Most good teams usually play about the same caliber of ball on most occasions, not all of course. This team is hard to figure, because while we don't blow anyone out(or haven't yet)we may play very well one game(Creighton), while looking like Ned in the first reader in another game(MO State).
Our ladies have been the same way in several games. Probably played over our heads in the win at Western Kentucky, while looking very sloppy in the win over North Texas at home. It seems our ladies are good enough to sometimes overcome sloppy, and win, at least at home. I don't think our guys are that talented. Could be two wins tonight, two losses, or a split.

Yes. Father Scotto has many words of wisdom!

I was correct. Shane played 30 minutes, Fowler played 26 and we won handily. Hope this trend continues.
