Smile VOTE JEFF FISHER NFL COY!!
http://www.nfl.com/partner?partnerType=coaches

Just like for DeAngelo, you can do it as many times as you like.

Fisher extended his franchise record for wins by a head coach, leading the Tennessee Titans to a franchise-best 13-3 record, the AFC South title and the top seed in the AFC for the playoffs. Fisher's Titans finished in the top 10 in rushing offense (seventh), yards allowed (seventh), points allowed (second) and third-down defense (sixth). The Titans joined an elite list of teams that started 10-0 and established a 13-game regular-season winning streak (stretching back to last season), the longest in team history.

In the almost two decades that Fisher has been head coach of the Oilers/Titans, he has never EVER won this coveted award! Please help him achieve this because he is by far the classiest on most honest coach in the NFL. THANKS!!04-bow

Other nominees:

Tom Coughlin - New York Giants

John Harbaugh - Baltimore Ravens

Mike Smith - Atlanta Falcons

Tony Sparano - Miami Dolphins

Mike Tomlin - Pittsburgh Steelers

Let's say Jeff Fisher isn't on that list. Sparano still wouldn't get my vote. What he did in Miami pales in comparison to what Mike Smith did in Atlanta.

RE: VOTE JEFF FISHER NFL COY!!
Actually Fisher took a team that people were picking to come in 3rd in their own division and miss the playoffs and led them to the best record in the NFL. How bout your boy Tony Dungy though. I mean, he won second in the division and lost in the wild card round (AT HOME!!!!) with a team that was a super bowl favorite at the beginning of the season. Looks like Big Urnge aka the most unworthy MVP in NFL history and his knees let you down.

The Colts were on the road in the wild card round.

What they did was special ,unlike fisher who should just be considered " special " !!!! J.k. tenn folded under pressure !!! Collins is way better than Young tho ! Glad they didnt fold under pressure to play him !!

Ugh, you might wanna do a little research first before spouting off...

http://sports.espn.go.com/nfl/powerranki...eason=2008
Quote:The Indianapolis Colts and San Diego Chargers are virtually deadlocked just behind the Patriots. The Dallas Cowboys and Jacksonville Jaguars fill out the Nos. 4 and 5 spots, respectively.
#2 and "virtually deadlocked just behind the Patriots" sure sounds like a Super Bowl pick to me. Hell they even had the Jaguars ahead of us.

SI had them at #5
http://sportsillustrated.cnn.com/2008/wr...index.html

Many other sites had them in the 2-5 range.

The ignorance by some on this board is astounding. It is embarrassing that they support the Tigers as well. The Titans, as Jenkz said, were picked to be around 7-9 or 8-8 by most.

RE: VOTE JEFF FISHER NFL COY!!
Exactly where am I whining? By stating that Jeff Fisher far exceeded the expectations of EVERYONE this season, including Titans fans? As far as questioning your Tiger fanhood, tell me how does any self respecting Tiger fan publicly root for the success of UTK's golden child?

Not matter where they were picked, a COY should not lose in their first playoff game at home.
