Ranked #72 by Rivals.com. So far, the highest ranked MAC school. They showed a 4-star recruit (Kent Walker, LB) and 3-star recruit (Tyshon Goode, ATH) both from Chatham, VA. Anyone have any info on these or any of the other recruits on the list?

Also, seems Kent has a pipeline in Chatham, VA. Josh Pleasant was from there too.

They had about 6 kids on the team last season from Hargrave Academy in Chatham, VA, and supposedly have a handful coming in again in this signing class.

I think the rumor is that 5 Hargrave kids are coming this year. Steve Hare is updating the page as I type this. Every time I refresh the page a new recruit is added.

I was looking on scout.com and they only have 5 commits for Kent. Does anyone know how these sites get their information?

Steve Hare who posts on here does a great job of keeping things updated on Rivals. He is connected in the recruiting world and the past three or four years he has given KSU fans a resource we have never had and a lot of other non-BCS programs do not have.

Do coaches have a preferred website between the two of them? I noticed that Akron has alot of commits on scout but only a couple on rivals. Also how many people does Kent have as recruiters? I was assuming that only the coach and coordinators would be able to due to funding.

All of the coaches hit the road recruiting, each one with different territories. BTW, Steve is really dialed in and does a super job covering KSU sports.
