According to Jeff's blog, Renee Renz score 63 points the other night and set a record. It would be nice if she was playing this year. We would probably be undefeated with her and the current players.

Alum, you didn't tell us the whole story. As Paul Harvey would say, "and now the rest of the story." Yes, Renee scored 63 points and they lost the game to Abilene Christian, 147-143 in 4 overtimes. I don't believe I've ever heard of women scoring that many points in a week. I'll bet that was a fun game to watch. You are right, we undoubtedly would have been saltier with Renee in the mix.:clap2:

Going to the TWU website, and looking at the box score for the TWU-Abilene Christian game, and was interested to see how many other players scored in double figures. Well, both TWU and ACC both had six(6)players in double figures scoring wise. ACC had two players that scored 49 and 28 points respectively.
I've also included a link to TWU's schedule so far this season, and yes, Renee is having a great year scoring and rebounding. Keep in mind this is D-2 basketball, not D-1. None the less, Renee is having a great year, and had one last year, averaging over 18 points a game. Wish we had her.

There was no doubt in my mind she would dominate in d2. I'm assumed her decision to transfer was based on personal reasons not talent...especially since TWU is very close to her home.
