Hoping for the Best, Preparing for the Worst ....

That's my Creed, Motto, Mantra, the beginning line of my Manifesto, and maybe what saves my butt soon.

I know I run thru a lot of Sarcastic and Satirical Diatribe concerning our POTUS Elect, but I truly hope O'bama is a man of high caliber and will take us beyond the foolishness we have been subjected too for way too long out of Congress.

I mean I am not putting money on it, but I am "Hoping for the Best".

.

You are buying MORE guns(granted your definition of "worst" is different then most people)? 04-jawdrop

:noisycricket: :bustacap:

RobertN .... you need to Look Up and Research the "Mexican Citizen named TEO".

Oh heck, I will do it for you: http://www.sfgate.com/cgi-bin/article.cg...14QQ9B.DTL

If you don't understand this in ENGLISH, I am sure you can go down to Old TJ and ask TEO to Explain It Too You .... and go Unarmed.

The "TEO's" are coming son and they will squash you like La Cucaracha.

As the economy worsens here, more violence is going to spill across the border. This is the same manner that terrorists test enemies resolve.

Judging from other crowds that have been to DC in the past, if the crowd is at 2 Million that will stretch from the Capitol to the Lincoln Memorial. So, not worth going in person, freezing my tail off, waiting an hour plus to go to the overflowing portapotty, and maybe having to walk home due to a meltdown of the public transit system. Each Metro Train can accommodate about 3000 people. And if each train runs every 6 minutes that's 10 trains per hour or 30,000 people per hour per line (four lines) that's 120,000 people per hour. It will take 10 hours to move about a 1 million people. It will be chaos in the Nations Capital if the crowd is anywhere near the estimates.

Youy should make some bucks by renting your apartment out for the weekend. A friend of mine who lives out by Dulles is renting his garage apartment for $750 a night.

Well we can just take my Scorpion Helicopter and "Hover Over" the Festivities ....

After all, "4 Super Jet Liners" rambled along in the sky off course and playing havoc with Radar for almost an hour each and Not One Single Jet Fighter was even close to the Action .....

Let's see, that was ..... on ahhh ..... what was it ..... OH YEAH ..... SEPTEMBER 11th 2001 ....

And let us not forget the Dweeb in the single engine Cessna that tried to fly it up Bill Clinton's Humidor but crashed it into the wrong side of White House instead .... 03-lmfao 03-lmfao 03-lmfao

No wonder the Afghan's are pissed at us .... in the 1980's, we sold them the same Stingers the Secret Serviced was using on the White House ROOF !!!!!!

(the Secret Life of Walter Mitty - - and the engines raced with the sound of kapacita kapacita kapacita kapacita as he dove his plane head long .....)

Working. Going about my business as normal. Not giving a crap about the inauguration, as I always do.

A good drinking game. During Obama's speech take one drink each time he mentions "change" or "hope" but has nothing substantive to back it up with. Ought to be completely hammered in about 5 minutes.

I thought about renting out a room or my house, but with my luck it would be some guy who would decide to have a mega party and the house would be trashed or even worse scenarios that I won't even broach here.
