I've heard he is selling real estate and I've heard he is raising money for some foundation (Butkus Foundation?). Either way he is still lurking around Jonesboro campainging to become athletic director.

RE: Dickie
He might make a good AD. Don't know. He had some PR skills.

He's barking the wrong tree shooting for that in Jonesboro. Too many raw nerves over his time at ASU. He'd probably do someone some good running a booster club to get a start in the business as an administrator and then parlay that into an AD job later.

I was told the other night at our game with ASU that he's selling real estate. I don't know where, but that's what he's supposedly doing right now.

I certainly hope that doesn't ever happen. He nearly ruined our basketball program and we lost fans that may never come back. He should have been gone a minimum of fvie years earlier. I've just happy he's gone now.

RE: Dickie
I heard today it might be him for our new AD. I hear Dean Lee is going to North Texas. I don't really know if any of that is true or not but, there have been a lot of rumors floating around that Lee would be gone after January.

They to have an Athletic Assistant/football operations. But, I doubt lee would be interested in that.

In my opinion Dean Lee is the best professional AD ASU has ever had.
I would hate to see him leave. It will be a disaster should Dickey Nutt ever become AD at ASU.
