Does anyone know if the payouts are total or per team?

What they list as the payout is per team.

But both teams aren't receiving $1.1million or whatever is listed. Those numbers are only guaranteed to teams who have conference tie ins with the bowls. At-large teams don't receive the full amount.

It shouldn't be less than $750K and could be as high as 900. No way it hits a mill.
