The ladies fought hard against the Nittany Lion juggernaut. #1 Penn St. sweeps WMU 3-0. 25-17, 25-12 and 25-19. They were within two in the third set at 21-19 before PSU put them away.

PSU broke the consecutive SETS NCAA win streak record and now has won 113 consecutive sets and are now 35-0.

GREAT season for the ladies of WMU. They finish 28-7.

Two Sweet Sixteen teams in four years is an excellent accomplishment for what used to be an also-ran conference.

I feel like Northern Illinois is ready to make that next step, possibly BG. Ball State has been there before. We can be a power.

The bad news for the MAC is that the entire roster for the Broncos returns next season. They had one senior who was their top player and she went down with a season ending injury very early this year. What is left is a cast of veterans who have been tested by the top team in the nation.

Exciting times again for the Bronco volleyball program.

Ohio returns all its important pieces next year as well. Miami has a lot of its core returning. Good times are ahead. You have any idea what your schedule is like next year? I hope you're challenging yourselves.
