I'm not impressed. These ADs should have had someone in mind already. The criteria are simple: know the region for recruiting, come in w/ Off and Def schemes, have a rolodex for assistants.

As for BG, I'd like to see them talk to Nehlan to get him for 2 years while he mentors a top Ohio HS coach into the college world. I originally thought Vic Whiting, but he has some serious baggage.
