My not unbiased, but I think basically factual, take is that Coleman comes up with a new legal argument every few days when the previous one is thrown out, even if it directly contradicts his earlier argument. The RNC can't possibly think he's going to win at this point.

Some have argued that he thinks he can force a do-over election...

I listened to his talk show on AA a few times. Lots of hatred, untempered with any rationality. It is a sad day for the US. I think he will be a good soldier for the Dems, always delivering his vote according to the party line.
