Once they came on his property with a gun then self defense is a viable defense no matter the reason...as for the second killing, if he can claim donna threatened to kill him then slef defense is in order there too...spend some money and get a good lawyer and youll be home in time for Christmas.

They would decline...Theyre only in the business of knocking off scum. Despite the pointless deaths and alcohol, these people dont fit the mold. Although there are some UT fans Im sure they would oblige 05-stirthepot

Maybe its big news because it was over a football game, but its happening on Memphis streets almost every day, just for other reasons(usually drugs involved).
