debate where the candidates don't reference the current administration, don't reference the opposition and answer the questions that are asked.

Quit blaming Bush for everything. The man is not running for reelection.

Quit bashing each other.

The only issues should be what each candidate will do to move the country forward.

If you don't learn from the past you are destined to fail in the future. If I was Obama I would just loop that sound byte of McCain saying on all of the big stuff he's the same as Bush. Maybe that will start airing Oct. 25th. That would seal the deal.

Both candidates have specific talking points and when asked a question they reach into their mental filing cabinet, search for a suitable answer and give it even if it doesn't quite answer the question. It drives me crazy.

I wonder if a debate could ever be devised where the questions simply require a yes or no answer.........

I think they should have to answer the question and at any time they went of course, their mic would be cut and the question would be asked again....repeat until an answer was given.

That has to be the biggest stake in a true conservatives heart. When the R's controlled EVERYTHING the government B A L L O O N E D

....and reduce taxes and not spend money you don't yet have.
