One good thing about a "Federal Bailout"... is that the "strings" that come with the money means that Federal CPA's will be going through all the books and records of Freddie, Fannie, AIG, etc., with a fine tooth comb and if there was illegal activity, the people responsible will be going to jail and paying fines and restitution.

I bet the officers and directors are "lawyering up" right now.

The easy ways for the Feds to get you are:

1. Lying to the SEC/ FBI/ IRS investigators.
2. Destroying/altering (or trying the destroy/alter) documents and records, email, etc.
