Advice for Saturday.
Advice guys....time is limited on my end and prior to tailgating I am desirous to hit a bar or two (within walking distance to the stadium)...Any advice? We used to hit Molly's but have noticed that deteriorate. Has that made a comeback? Is Fatty's still a bar of choice? Any other rec's would be appreciated.

Thank u.

Fatty's is the way to go. I'm sure everyone here will agree. It's walking distance too.

I haven't been to Molly's in years. What's the reason for the slide?

Going way back, I never thought it was the same once they expanded it over into the other room. I enjoyed the saltine box that it was into the early nineties..

After going to one of the biggest and best bars in my life in Kalamazoo (they had $1 pints) i have to say that DeKalb bars are really lacking. Most are in old, small buildings. We need newer, bigger bars with better layouts.

Yes Fatty's. If they get their act together for this weekend they may have transportation to and from the game. Paging FatHuskie...

I would start out at the Jungle, drive real fast over to MCCabes before it gets crowded, then head over to Fatty's...04-cheers

Nice, but you forgot to mention a pit-stop at AMEX.

On another note: It seems Carpenter had the trick: Hire the, um, right help and all else will follow. How did the new owners forget that trick?

Fatty's, I enjoy. Though, am I incorrect that the help could be more aesthetically pleasing? Yes, this is piggish, but well, sorry.

perhaps some employees feel likewise re: patrons.

Can't we all just enjoy the moment and have fun hurling fewer bombs.

Huh? Was that directed at me?

I am totally enjoying the moment, totally. I cannot wait for Saturday.

I am only having fun. It's fairly safe to assume this board is visited by predominantly men. Title 9 hasn't hit The Dog Pound yet.

Really, though...just having a silly and I believe correct observation about certain servers.

It has to be the one we went after the game. Three levels, it holds 3,000 people. And all drinks were $3 Saturday night.

You have no idea what you're talking about, as usual. I don't loan out money. I have bought people tickets and almost been screwed over, so i guess it is my fault for being a nice guy and expecting that people who owe you money for them pay you back in a timely manner.

03-lmfao

It would not shock me if this actually happened.

Maybe next year we can play our annual game with Indiana State at SF! Perhaps we can even bring back Tennessee Tech and make it a double header.
