Very good article in today`s Detroit News from Bob Wojnowski (Wojo) about UM, MSU and the MAC talking about MAC matchups...I`ll quote..."And you shouldnt be surprised if the Mighty MAC gives your beloved teams a scare. Last week Bowling Green marched into Pittsburgh abd won, which is shocking until yoy realize the Panthers are coached by Dave Wanntedt. Michigan better not mess around with Miami, Ohio, or Rodriguez will wish he was back in West Virginia watching Pat White fake handoffs. And Michigan State better be extra careful with Eastern Michigan, which is acting like it plans to become the next true power in Washtenaw County".....finally getting some respect?...3 of 4 writers took EMU and the points which is 21.

RE: Article in News
The Wash. Post has two articles today. One about BSU/Navy and the other about MAC teams playing the big boys (even has a large photo of a BG LB making a tackle, I think).

http://www.washingtonpost.com/wp-dyn/con...03193.html

(bottom line: It will be tough for UB to beat Pitt after BG beat them (Pitt)).
