It looks as though we open Thursday august 28th, however move in date is not until august 31st. Anyway we can move in early to be able to catch the game? I don't want to miss any home games and i would hate to have to stay in a hotel for 3 days too.

Move in day, the first day of "Fusion" orientation, is Saturday August 30th for new students.

Yeah i know that is the move in day, but the game is 2 days prior. Although i'm a junior it is my first year, but i wanted to attend the game. I live 7 hours away though so it makes it tough to get there without living on campus haha.

ISU should be a fun game to attend. EMU should score a lot of points.

I was only commenting that move in day is not on the 31st but the 30th. I did qualify that with "for freshmen". Given your circumstances I would call EMU Housing about early move in. The worst they can say is "no". Good luck!

You could always make some new friends on facebook who live out in the area and crash with them until you are allowed to move in.
