Yep...Peter Tubic ignored a $50 parking fine in 2004 and on Monday it cost him his $245,000 home. The city of Milwaukee has foreclosed on the property for non payment of the fine...which now has amassed to $2600.00 with penalties.... Mr. Tubic was fined $50 for having his van parked in "his own driveway" without a licence plate. Yes..on his own property..he was fined by the Department of Neighborhood Services(Jackboot snitch patrol). The DNS has the important bureaucratic job of "keeping community standards" and ticketing unlicenced vehicles in peoples yards. According to the spokesbureaucrat.."Put yourselve in the positon of the neighbors" said the top snitch patrol officer...Donald Roberts.

I hope Mr. Roberts is proud of the work his is doing and sleeps well at night knowing that he has put a 62 year old disabled fellow out on the street and is responsible for the theft of his home. This must be the epitome of a worthless human existance, having to do this type of work.

Was there anyone in the city that may have thought this was going too far? It's not just the snitch's fault, it's the fault of everyone involved with the city of Milwaukee who let it happen.
