The trip to Iraq and Afghanistan was funded by the taxpayers... The European jaunt was funded by the campaign... which makes his excuse that he didn't go see the troops because the Pentagon ruled it would be a campaign stop, not a "state" stop all the more disingenuous... It was NEVER a state stop... and he found a way to avoid visiting those he wishes to lead so he could work out.
