Every time I go to Chicago I have to have a Portillos Italian Beef Sandwich. They are so good I never bother to try anything else so I would not know about the hot dogs there..I am sure they are plenty good though. The closest thing here would be the Wiseguys in Horn lake. The owner told me that he buys the beef from the same vendor in Chicago that Portillos uses so it's about as close as you can get as far as the sandwich goes. If you go for the deep dish pizza at Wiseguys, make sure you call it in because it takes a good 35 to 40 minutes to make up.
