Probably not a bad idea, given where we are probably headed.

I think the difference between McCain and Obama is that with Obama we get there faster, and maybe the backlash gets us turned around faster. Otherwise I see pretty much the same result with either one.

Now if either one of them came out with an economic plan that looked like getting us out of this, I'd vote for him. So, I believe, would a significant majority of Americans.

That was depressing. Does anyone have any good news?

My son was an early Obamaniac. After attending a large rally at Toyota Center during the Texas primary campaign, he was really pumped up for Obama. He's thought about it some more, and now says he can't vote for Obama. He doesn't care for McCain either, so it's between Barr and staying home. He's reading Ron Paul's book right now, and liking what he has read so far.

We have been so filled with govt. indoctrination that we barely understand just how much we have been decieved,stolen from and "RULED" over by the very people we that we mistakenly put in our trust in.
Its time that the we refuse to particpate financially though our stolen wages in this falacious and imaginary thing we call government!!

No, it is all gloom and doom We are ass and elbows in debt and we have a POTUS coming in 09 that wants to move us further towards European style cradle to grave entitlement programs to toss on top of the $60 Trillion in unfunded entitlement spending the American taxpayer is already on the hook for.

I guess the good news is we still have the best nuclear arsenal in the world so if push comes to shove we can tell the folks who financed our debt that they are not getting their money back.

Save your dollars because they could be useful one day.

We're behind the camera laughing at the two Charlotte fans in picture. Ron is the older one of the two behind camera. I figured somebody still supporting the current Republican platform would have exceptionally poor vision.
