How is Hidden's avatar offensive?

I don't get it.

I wasn't calling West a bigot. You' heard the phrase "party on dude". I just replace party with bigot. BTW, it was West that referred to Jackson as a bigot which is his God given right to do so.

West (playing tic for tac like a little child) decided my avatar is offensive because I thought this thread was inappropriate for a sports message board and should be moved to this site.

...and you were right, your avatar isn't offensive for the board and it probably should have been moved to the Spin Room. However, come on man, you tellin' me you can't see how Jackson is a bigot?

Childish? Look in the mirror.

A bigot is a person who is intolerant of opinions, lifestyles, or identities differing from his or her own, and bigotry is the corresponding state of mind.

How hypocritical! If you disagree with a post then you have it moved, even if no other poster complained. Yet, if someone finds a partially nude women as an avatar offensive then that behavior is childish! Frankly, a number of posters find your avatar (and similar avatars of other posters) offensive. Yet, I've refrained from commenting as there are more important issues than avatars on a message board. You can easily do what I and other posters do and ignore the post. If this board just consisted of male college kids in their 20s then it wouldn't be an issue. But we have posters that are older and of the opposite sex. But that is of no importance to you as long as you don't agree.

BTW, it is "tit for tat". Please spend more time reviewing your constant spelling and grammar errors than trying to judge posts.

In closing - you can't have it both ways!

Who's trying to have it both ways? I will also spend more time doing whatever it is I choose to do and if that is misspelling words are making grammars errors than so be it.

As far as my avatar goes, if it is against AUP rules then I will remove it. But my avatar has nothing to do with your thread no matter how you try to spin it. Rev Jackson is not related to sports simple as that. There was a place for your thread discussion and now it is in its proper place.

However, if you do have a problem with my avatar then do what I did and take it up with the mods. If they tell me to remove it then it will be done.

Go CUSA!

Me wanting this thread moved to the Spin Room should not be an indication of whether or not I believe Jackson is a bigot. I would have reacted the same if there had been a thread saying Prez Bush Jr. is the dumbmess Commander in Chiefs to ever lead this country.

Reminds me of a political cartoon I saw (and kept) years ago with Jackson in front of a canvas painting, and it was titled something like "rainbow coalition". He had several cans of paint, but every one of them said "Black". Sounds about right.

RE: OT: Jesse Jackson
My favorite Jackson story comes from the time he was protesting the execution of Tookie Williams. On the John and Ken radio show Jackson said that "we should not rush to judgement." Williams had been on death row for a quarter of a century. At this time it became apparent that Jackson took a position without even bothering to learn the facts.
