Church & Fryar Named To Thorpe Watch List
Toledo's Barry Church and WMU's Londen Fryar have been named among 40 preseason candidates for the Jim Thorpe Award:

Church and Fryar on Thorpe Watch List

Also we have updated our poll -- for the next three weeks we will have a poll on the fans' choice to win the MAC East and then after that will put up a MAC West poll question. Be sure to vote!

RE: Church & Fryar Named To Thorpe Watch List
I'm picking BGSU mostly because of their crossover schedule and that these games now count in the MAC standings. Their crossover games will not be easy just not as difficult as some teams like Temple, Ohio, or Buffalo.
