Frustration and despair

This is the question posted in this fanbook thing they have. Now before I go into what being a buccaneer fan is to me, I want to say that no matter how many bull**** slogans and corny nicknames for the student section, you have to WIN, something ETSU has completely failed to do with regularity. It's a telling tale that 85 percent of UTK's athletic revenue is brought in THROUGH FOOTBALL, AMERICA'S MOST POPULAR SPORT!

Now, being a buccaneer fan. It means history, it's a completely filled dome to see ETSU beat Chattanooga. It's hating App State and their hairy legged cheerleaders. It IS the Skull and Crossbones (Which painting over that was one of the dumbest things that has ever been done), it is being loyal, showing up win or lose, no matter how miserable it is (see losing to Wofford with six players and Mike Tolliver).

It means rooting for a team that is obsessed with putting lipstick on a pig.
