Sooner or later the NCAA is going to arrive at the grim realization that it is in their best interest to severely punish schools who sit back and allow inept presidents to nonsensically slash away that wholesome piece of Americana otherwise known as football. Who better to start with than ETSU? I believe a just punishment for our insolence would be a recruiting restriction on our most prized and revered sport...mens basketball. I propose that the NCAA immediately terminate the scholarships of our current players and insist that they be replaced with no more than eleven and no less than seven Mexican Matadors who are between the ages of twenty three and forty five. This will no doubt please the crowd who favor handing out scholarships to foreign athletes. Imagine the pride they will feel going into next year's A-sun tournament with 5^8 power center Pablo Sanchez and his brother Raul at point. Of course it goes with out saying that our deal with coke will have to be canceled due to the new stipulation that only tequila and re-fried beans will be served at our concession stand. However, you will be allowed to bring a taco shell from home but they will not be available for purchase at the stands. So all of you who are dissatisfied with the dome might suddenly become big proponents of this so called airplane hangar.
