Got to hand it to the JOX yo-yos.

Presser at noon. They've got him on the air at 12:15.

That they mentioned him at all is a small wonder.

I prefer to look at it as Vaden only gave them 5 minutes.

Upon further review, I like your take better, as well.

I didn't hear all of it, but he talked about what a great experience the pre-draft workouts were.

He said the biggest reason he came back was the draft projections, but another important reason was that he likes his teammates and that they are looking at potentially a special season next year.

RE: vaden on jox
Said he was 100% confident in his decision.

He only talked to agents for the basic info. Said he tried to stay away from agents to avoid being lied to.

Also, as far as coaches go, he said he dealt mostly with Coach Marsh. Vaden said CMD really, really wanted him to come back for his senior season. So he worked with Coach Marsh...sounded like to get a more unbiased opinion.

The scouts and GMs were who he said he mainly talked to, and they basically said to work on ball-handling and defense. He said he would take the extra time and work as hard on those skills as he did his shooting the season he was sitting out.

So, what you are saying is that your attention span is fewer than five minutes?

I wouldn't say that, exactly.

I also had the local news on, hoping to see some coverage of the presser.

Seems Cit Stages is celebrating another triumphant year by going ahead and announcing next year's headliners; Ricky Martin's kid brother Stu, the Honeydrippers without Robert Plant, and the Knack.

Can't argue with that. I think we were saying that all last season.

It's great to have Robert Vaden coming back for his senior season!

Hold it. That is way too much optimism. Keep it up and you will get a 03-nutkick
