Yeah, I sprained an ACL once, I don't care to try the tearing version.

Anyway, a speedy recovery would be great, since as it stands I'll have exactly one month to recover before fall camp starts.

Thanks. I'm actually having it done at Sportsmed in Huntsville, so (for better or worse) I get to miss Martin's fun recovery process.
