03-lmfao Sounds like fun but I can understand the concern. Maybe they built it on swampland someone won on a bet and it is slowly sinking? Actually, the first thing that came to my mind while reading that was the old wooden stands in our old b-ball arena(Chick Evans). In CE the stands woud move forward and back a short but noticable difference and worries you will go tumbling forward or fall back. I can tell you it can be a scary thing.

They're re-enforcing the stadium. It's no big deal.....it wasn't even a safety issue but a "peace of mind" issue for fans.

Plus it's a nice "problem" to have. It means that we have 45,000 fans at every game, really rowdy, and really into the game. I'll take that problem.
