my dad and i talked to schwab and they gave us perfect directions. Schwab is allotted a certain amount of shares to sell to its clients and they utilize a checklist of sorts to decide which customers they're gonna allow to buy it. It's basically how much money you have in your account, how much experience you have in IPO's, how long you've been with schwab and how many shares you're planning to purchase. Apparently, my dad met enough of the criteria to be able to purchase. My account is under my dad's name, so that works out for me.

truth is any of these financials are probably good longterm investments as long as they surivive this mess.

The Dividend Yield is outstanding.

Ouch what happened...Down 25%...I can't trust the ones I have heard of, let alone investing in one that I have never heard of, trading at just above a buck. And they suspended their dividend...Not looking good.

Plus all the financials are up, except this one

looks like they've been given a week to raise $1 Billion, if not shareholders are bag holders.

so i guess the play is if you think or want to gamble, they will do so and stay afloat, then buy now. Might be worth getting a few hundred shares or so? Risk 300 bucks for the potential of it turning into 1500 or more not too far down the road?
