Well I know it's Tuesday, and the game is not for another couple days, but I figured that after that madness in the ETSU game thread its never to early to move on lol. I stayed out of it all due to the fact that I did not see the game. Anywho, campbell is on the horizon as the owls are traveling up to buies creek, nc. The camels are coming off an overtime win over north florida on saturday. They are 4-5 overall in conference, and it should be a good game. I would post more stats, but I'm in class at the moment. (this class is horrible its called Education of Exceptional Students its required for education majors...all we do is learn how to deal with disabled kids and the professor is a nutcase haha sorry I'll shut up about my personal life, this board is all about the owls).

Give the Camels a run for their money. This is now the Wooten-Stegall farewell tour. Great careers gentlemen. Let's keep it going. I say one game we just give Wooten every three point look we can and see how well he does. 40-50% would be crazy on 30 attempts. anyone agree?

Alright...game tonight. I think both of our games vs. Campbell so far at their place have been overtime ordeals. We have split down the middle both on the road and at home. Need to take the lead this year. Getting to 4-6 and remaining one game back of the big group in the middle is key. This is a good matchup game for both teams. It will be interesting to see how we play.

Game is pretty ugly, but Kennesaw is hanging in there. Playing pretty good defense other than for the first 5 minutes. We were down big, and now have cut the lead to 2 points and have the ball...

32-25 at the half.... Not a lot out of wooten or really anyone for that matter lol

JMac played a pretty good first half. We broke down on a defense a couple of times after playing 20-25 seconds of good hard defense. Then one guy would lose his man, and they would nail a jumper or get a layup...we nip that in the bud, and we should have a chance to win this one. Of course, if we don't we could get beat double figures...

or if WOoten would do something! Not the way to start the half... Well it looks like they are trying to get him looks now ...

My ASun.tv cut out on me. We were only down 7, and had multiple looks to get it to 5 or less....don't know what is going on now.

I know you know by now but we lost. Just an unbelievably tough season for the guys. I hate to see Wooten end his career like this. Kind of like Warrick Dunn for the Falcons saying, he has to play another season just to get this past season out of his mind. Ronnell will probably try some a-ball or something. He's good enough for those leagues.

Wooten will definitely play overseas if he wants to. He is exactly the type of player they are looking for, but that is a tough life from what I hear. A lot of hard work - and not all the glamor that one would suppose. We just can't see to get it together. Just got to keep their heads up and keep playing hard. That is hard this time of year when you just keep getting pushed back every time you try to take a step forward.

I concur. My nerves are usually shot after listening to our games. The ads and the over-the-top intro music (among other things that I won't mention) are very annoying.
