He won by default when George Allen cooked his own goose and Bush kept Rumsfeld in office one day too long. Many Capitol Hill folks are whispering that the guy has a lot of ghosts. The one really public exchange was when the President asked him "How's your boy?" And he told the President to go f... himself.
