I got to the game in the fourth quarter (was at work) and it seems like we barely escaped with the win. I wonder when the team is going to get in gear and play some consistent football. Lots of missed tackles that I saw on D. I have a feeling that we may get smoked by Furman and GS if we can't play better.
On a positive note, it was great to see the stadium packed. A full house.
Any other thoughts?

Citadel SHOULD'VE beaten both of our teams, but we've both found a way to win. I think you'll be fine, but DO NOT overlook ETSU or you will get burned. I sure hope nobody ever feels as bad as I did walking out of E.J.Whitmire Stadium last night. Looks like it might be the Bucs year. Good luck and GO CATS!!

I was at the game and spent a lot of time pre-game talking with other ASU fans about The Citadel. While everyone was cautiously optimistic, the general opinion was ASU would breakout of the doldrums and win by at least 17. NOT!!!! ASU was extremely fortunate to win this game. Tough break for The Citadel who really deserved to win. They will definitely surprise some teams this year. As for ASU, well once again, they did not live up to expectations. After 4 games, not sure they have what it takes to even make the playoffs. <img border="0" title="" alt="[Mad]" src="mad-flaming.gif" />
