Bill Clinton kinda put his foot in his mouth last night, dismissing Obama's victory in South Carolina as "so what" since Jesse Jackson did it as well when he ran for President.

This is again kinda upset Democrat African-Americans, who are still not over the "Fairy tale" and MLK related remarks by both Bill and Hillary.

Move forward to Febraury 5, Fat Super Tuesday... 24 states on the line.

Expect Bill and the Hillary Campaign Operatives to pull no punches to beat Obama, especially in California, Illinois, and New York. Their tactics will no doubt piss off the Obama supporters and may once again include some racially charged remarks.

Who knows.. maybe both Hillary and Obama will not have enough delegates for a first ballot nomination. A brokered Democratic Convention with Hillary as the nominee won't go well in the Afriican American community. Obama won't take VP. They can't stand each other according to the media.

I pity any "VP" running mate of Hillary, because we all know that Bill will be defacto VP. "Clinton Inc. rides again."

But I'm curious.. at what point after dealing with the garbage and sleeze of the Clintons do the African Americans say "Enough"??

Do they stay home in November to teach Hillary a lesson? I don't see them voting for any Republican.

Kennedy is not seen as an insider in a bad way -- he's still seen as an idealist because he has tended to act like one, because he challenged Carter in '80, because his last name is Kennedy, etc.

Believe me, he should not want any distance there. Teddy is a very respected establishment figure who's stamp of approval would lend credibility to Obama in the eyes of those who still have concerns about "experience"

Let me also point out that its pretty disingenuous for someone who continuously refers to Obama by the name Hussein to start complaining about the Clinton's use of racially charged language.

What makes you think African Americans are all of a sudden going to wake up and smell the coffee, so to speak? They have continued to support a party that hasn't done anything for them in my lifetime, why should they stop now? Hispanics and to a lesser extent African Americans, could have a lot of power to decide many issues if they rallied together behind one voice (i.e. not racists like Jesse Jackson and Al Sharpton). For an example, look at the Christian coalition and the amount of power that they wield within the Republican party.

When the political equivalent of this happens to Obama and his supporters on National TV at the Convention, all courtesy of Hillary and her comrades, the coffee will be brewing.



Being cheated in smoke filled back rooms is one thing, but being dissed by Hillary on National TV is totally over the top.

If its close in delegates there will be a “floor fight” and I bet its over the “mystery” Michigan Delegates that Hillary “won” by default. Michigan was penalized their Democratic delegates because they changed the date of the Primary without permission, but Hillary went there anyway and “won”… and I bet at the Convention she will be “awarded” these Delegates…

Both Hillary and Obama think its “their time” for the nomination. Both sides don’t take “no” very well, and Hillary has already demonstrated that she is the Queen of Cut-Throat Politics.

anyway, Bill suceeded at what he was trying to do in SC. Obama is still trying to play above the race card and claiming to 'transcend' the issue of race. Should be a fun week going fwd...

what will be interesting, seeing as how years of playing Identity Politics is coming back to bite them, will be if Obama would accept VP under Hillary(assuming she wins) and unite the party. If not, do black Dems come back and fully support Hillary? Probably. I think Obama is too smart to diss the Clintons publicly, but might let them know he would prefer to remain a Senator.

if Hillary gets the nomination, I expect much more of Bill acting Nuts to deter attention away from Hillary and on to him, for the rest of the year. Think the Chris Wallace interview, trying to divert attention from the ABC Docudrama.

I think eventually Bill will torpedo Hillary's chances. With Bill and Hillary both campaigning they have double the chance of saying something that will be taken as offensive or derogatory in some way. Just a matter of time. Although, Obama's campaign will still have to be careful about pointing out the inevitable "foot-in-mouth" statements made by the Clinton campaign, or he'll end up looking as bad as they do.

While it may be their comments that get thim into trouble, I think its more likely that some underhanded political tactic at a State Party level, such as tossing Obama delegates at a Caucus, or a Clinton supporter manipulating voting at Obama-heavy precincts, or something like that.

There will be some nasty political battles coming up. Stay turned. I have my popcorn and beer handy and am ready to watch..
