You would not be asking any of these questions if mtn was anything more than a last minute idea where control was given to Comcast. I really doubt that BYU TV will be able to rebroadcast the games as they are owned by mtn and mtn need the content. BYU TV would have to buy the games from mtn and that would be funny. BYU takes the CSTV contract money and they pays it back to show the BYU games.

I am not asking any questions. In fact when I first heard about it, I thought it was an intriguing idea because I like watching some MWC games along with WAC games. I also like watching Big Sky on Altitude network. However I agree with you on the BYU thing unless they have a different deal since sometimes they cut up the BYU game to show in like an hour and a half thing instead of the whole game.
