The Official WAC site at http://www.wac.org wants you to participate in a survey. Be brutally honest both with the good and the bad comments. I was, for example the tv ads, I hate the empty stadium look, if your'e trying to generate excitment. I also commented about WAC stability, most of the media outside of the west, not even knowing the difference between the MWC and the WAC. No disrespect to the NMSU fans, but in regards to the Sunday night ESPN game, I suggested that if possible the WAC try to figure out the actual attendance in the stands for that game since the NFL and MLB playoffs could be a factor. Who needs a National game on tv with a half full stadium? WAC, just do your homework before making an announcement. Again this last comment was not aimed directly at NMSU. The same attendance issues on a Sunday evening could be anywhere in the WAC, Reno, Logan or Ruston.It's all about the media preception, who needs a sportswriter bashing the game because he has nothing better to do?

don't forget to at least mention our thanks to the WAC for providing the live streaming broadcasts....for free no less! I ripped the site in other ways, but mentioned that these type of efforts are what sets us apart from rival conferences.
