Aloha Means Bye Bye MWC
It's now official.

ESPN and the MWC contract has ended.

I think this is going to be a fun ride... ;-)

While driving home from the game, I was listening to ESPN radio, and (paraphrasing) they said, "SDSU and Wyoming are going to overtime. Overtime games are usually worth watching, but not this one. It doesn't really matter anyway, because the MWC is getting only one team in regardless of who wins." Then they followed that up with raving about the Nevada/Utah St game, an interview with Mark Fox, and a comment about Kemp being one of the best players you haven't heard about. It reminded me of your optimism.

Yep, the ride is over. CSTV is turning out to be Mickey Mouse at his best. First casualty will be TCU back to CUSA if there is ever another opportunity. WAC has no reason to be concerned with MWC any longer.

I agree Eagle.

The MWC made a mistake. The WAC couldn't have asked for a better scenerio.

The C-USA Commissioner did it smartly though, working decent contracts with both ESPN and CSTV.
