Dominique Sutton Comitts!!!
Wow, what a day. :domokun:
That makes 3 top 60 players so far for the 07 class

I liked this tidbit:

"I talked to my parents and after all of the phone calls and being that I know coach (Dalonte) Hill really well, I felt like if I went there, I'd be taken care of and that they would look after me," Sutton said. "They are a good school and they'll be able to help me academically, too."

I guess that puts to death all the talk about Hill being a one shot pony with Beasley. [/u]

Id say Tyree Evans. Then theres always Tyrel Reed and OJ Mayo. Im sure there are some JUCO big men out there that arent on the radar as well.

You want Mayo or Reed. I really like Evans but it will be awefull crowded at the sg.

I think someone that has no chance of playing leaves...who? A sophmore maybe... Pullen or Brown (whichever is the weakest)? Sending 3 star players packing! 04-jawdrop

One scholarship, that is if nobody else leaves next year. I'm sure we would make room for more if we needed to.

Don't know why you care about that quote. Sure it sounds good, but sooner or later Huggs grad rates are gonna take a hit (considering he's gonna still take at risk kids and get dudes who leave early). Not a slam on Huggs at all, I don't think it's a coaches job to make sure their players graduate. But he's gonna attract (well already has) a lot of talent. I also think that kids only say that, because, as I said before, it sounds good. He only wants to play ball, and play for Huggs. He could go anywhere and get the same education. BTW, what's his intended major? Cause if he went to UC, it be Criminal Justice. 02-13-banana

I'm sure grad rates will drop a bit when he has top notch players leave early to make millions in the NBA! 04-rock

Also add in the few that cant handle the physical and mental toughness that is demanded and taught at a Huggs program! I wonder if that training helps prepare inner city kids for future success? surely not! 01-wingedeagle
