Funny man, but your theory has already been proven wrong and the whole notion of having you team in our conference to gain the media exposure is bogus as well, so it's time for you to just go away. Time for you to tag out and have your alter egos sanitational engineer, templefan1 or templepervert chime in with something almost as witty.

RE: Temple hoops
since Temple joined the MAC the Philly papers have actually been writing positive stories which equals positive media exposure for the MAC. I understand that it's not the type of imaginary exposure with stats, rosters and two-deeps that you're use to.

Yeah an article about an old timer and the game not being aired on TV is great coverage in preparation for Penn State. Their fans came into town expecting to see some coverage in that days news and were totally shut out. Pick up a paper that covers Penn State on gameday and you'll see what gameday coverage is like, and it might not be the #5 media market in the country but at least they're the #3 safest city and the Saturday morning rags aren't empty. Pick up the Record Courier on gameday when you're in Kent, pick up any local paper anywhere else on Saturday mornings in college football season and I'm sure they all provide decent coverage for their local teams, yet somehow out of towners are supposed to know that when traveling to Philly on Saturday they should pick up a paper from Thursday if they want any coverage on the game at all.

RE: Temple hoops
The problem is, unlike imaginary media coverage with stats, rosters and two-deeps, you can't control real media exposure. The stories are what they are. But having more real coverage that's also positive can only add to the MAC. Doesn't make sense to just throw it away.

Hopefully, someday, MAC teams can reach the level of Penn State, that would be awesome for the MAC. It's too bad that Penn State fans couldn't find any gameday coverage that met their expectations. When Kent plays Penn State maybe you can point their fans towards the imaginary coverage with rosters, stats, and two-deeps so they get the complete gameday experience that Philly couldn't provide.

You truly are hilarious, my point was made long ago and even after you admitted it you still continue with your nonsense.

RE: Temple hoops
The Philly papers will have an article about the game, not the 4 page pullout that most MAC newspapers have. The Eagles will have a pullout every sunday but noone else.

Its still Eagles & Penn State that excites the fans. ND is 3rd.

Any Temple fan is being disengenuous to suggest otherwise.

I can understand why you're frustrated, evidently I've been discussing the wrong point this whole time.

Thank you, some honesty instead of ill attempts at humor is quite refreshing.

There's no doubt Temple takes a back seat to the Eagles, unfortunately almost everything else in Philly does too. I don't think anyone is suggesting otherwise. Positive MAC coverage certainly can't hurt.
