Regular season and tourney champs!.. Good to see one of Kennesaw's team being this successful. Hopefully they can represent well in the tourney.

The school's first D-1 NCAA tournament in any sport is a huge accomplishment and it should help the school as a whole. Also keep in mind, this was only their second year of eligibility. I would love to see our other programs look this good in two years, or less,of eligibility. It will be interesting to see how they do in the tournament, but just getting there is a huge first step for all the programs at Kennesaw.

It was only their first season of eligibility I believe.. They won the conference last year but couldn't play in the conference tourney.. This was their second straight league title and they have like one senior..

They lost 1st game (2nd round) in conference tourny last year after outshooting Jacksonville (eventual tourny champs) 35-3 in one of the worst season endings I have ever witnessed, especially in person.

That doesn't take away from this year though. I'm proud we're competing at the highest level in something after just moving to Division I. It's exciting.

They find out their opponent and seed on Monday.

The owls play Florida State in Tallahassee. Ill be there! Go Owls! Fsu is nationally ranked 14th and a 3 seed, host in the tourney. The team was expecting to play higher ranked uga or florida. Fun times at the shroom. Time is TBA. Hopefully the night game so I can make it w/o missin work.
