Since this hasn't happened in a LONG time, I thougt I should throw it up while I can. Nevada pounded the Vandals 62-14, holding the Vandals to just 38 yards rushing. Part of the story line to this game was that the Vandals have lots of injuries...but so does the Pack who have 4 DB's out for the season and who were playing with their 4th string center because of injuries. I also think that the pistol offense is starting to settle in and the players are getting more comfortable with it.

Good luck to the Vandals....we've been where you guys are now and it's no fun.

Now, what's up with BSU? Portland State??

Ouch. Nice win, Pack. I'm not surprised by the loss, but definitely surprised by the score. Good luck the rest of the way out - you've got a pretty good shot at being a bowl team this year. We clearly have a long way to go. The injuries hurt and our youth (both in players and coaches) probably hurt, as well.

Interesting weekend in the conference - La. Tech crushes Hawaii, BSU struggles at home against a D-IAA, Utah State bounces back to beat SJSU. It's good to be playing in the west again, where I can actually care about what happens in the conference as a whole...

Boise is struggling. We've had maybe 3 good halves of play out of 8. This is probably the most talented team we've ever had, on paper, but there are some team chemistry issues that haven't worked themselves out...yet. And Portalnd is decent team with a ton of size and speed and the best TB we've seen so far including Georgia's. If they had a good QB they probably would have ended our 26 game home win streak too.

Real nice wins for the Pack and the LaTech Dawgs. I like to see that.

Boise's WAC win streak is going down this year if there aren't some changes. You all will still know you're in a game, but I wouldn't bet a nickel on the outcomes as of today.

What about Boise State??????
Our wheels are loose and about to fall off, our spare
is flat and our paint job that has been so bright for awhile
is fadeing fast.
Now, does anyone have a lug wrench and a can of orange
spray paint that you could give to your good friends up here in the mountains of Idaho. Im sure you want us to correct our problems and get back on our winning ways, WHAT????
You want us to go where???? And the flat spare tire?? well
Dude, I have to tell you it won't fit in that particular place.

GO BRONCOS GO WAC
