I dont know if anyone has heard, but KSU has landed 2 top recruits for 09 in Wally Judge(#26) and Rodney McGruder(#74). Both of these recruits are connected to Hill as well as 4 recruits from 2007(Beasley, Dominiques Sutton, Jacob Pullen, and Jamar Samuels). Another top 09 prospect(Terrence Boyd) could commit soon as well. I know there were alot of people absolutely burning Huggins for hiring Hill, but alot of people didn't realize that he was way more than just some package deal with Beasley. He could be one of the best recruiters in the country.

Jarr, this is not a personal arttack. 99% of the people on this board could care less about KSU or its' recruits.

I'm sure there are plenty at the KSU board that are interested.

I actually saw about it the other day.

I'll continue to follow Kennedy, Martin, and especially Huggins 02-13-banana

no way Hill is the best recruiter - I've read numerous times here that UC has a tremendous coach cause he is THE best recruiter.

As usual Jarr - you are wrong again. 03-wink

relax fellows - this is in jest -

Really could care less about a Big 12 school in the middle of nowhere, at least Huggins is at WVU in the Big East that provides some reason to be interested at times there.

Same as with Coach Cronin, you might want to wait and see how Coach Martin actually does coaching with some talent because there are plenty of examples of teams with talent that pretty much sucked.

In my way of thinking, K State is like your cousin twice removed. You're reading the family ancestry chart and you remember meeting KState at the family reunion last year and KState told you their new husband just dumped them after he had promised to love them forever and never leave them and they named the house after him; and then your wife tells you it is time to go to the kids soccer practice and you don't think of K-State untll the next time you look at the ancestry chart.

I really, really have to pile on myself. WTF was the point of this post? Honestly, K State has about as much relevance to my world as hearing about Hofstra or Troy State.

He's an ex-patriot. A loner. A fan without a team wandering the bleak landscape of foreign message boards looking for someone to play with. Maybe the WVU fans aren't as open to the newfangled fans as KSU was.

It was just a little FFT, I don't come into your OT threads and say no one cares. I knew there was alot of venom spewing when Hill was hired away from Charlotte( see Rath, Doyel, ect.)

Im still a UC football fan, always have been. I was one of about 50 people at Minters last game in sub-zero weather. But yes, I have no bball team to root for, just alot to root against.

Count me in the group that will follow K State. Frank Martin worked his a$$ off for this program while he was here, and I'm a fan...

Just be careful you don't follow other things you like too closely.
