Tiggs won the JUCO II player of the year? There must be a drop off in talent between I and II as this link doesnt even list him in the top 100 juco players!

http://www.cstv.com/sports/m-baskbl/stor...06acm.html

Weird!

RE: Tiggs
I don't put stock much into this list. If you notice, Tiggs' teammate, Terrence Watson is listed as no.46. Statistically, Tiggs was better in nearly every category (except for blocks and rebounds by 1/game) and won almost every award over Watson. Watson, by the way, signed with Ole Miss. Here is Tiggs stat line:
19 pts/game-62%FG; 77%FT; 7.4 boards/game; 2.5 assists/game; 3.2 steals/game;

Now, you can disparage juco ball and say that these stats aren't valid, but I guarantee that Tiggs will be the best newcomer of the year.

RE: Tiggs
Well, Ole Miss took stock in it. Hence, Watson is playing for an SEC team while Tiggs is in the ASUN.

Your talk is cheap. Let's tip it off and see what kind of a player Tiggs is.

Super Sunday, let me know how it turns out between two teams that are determined to undermine attendance at all costs. Another Valentines Day game, albeit this time at home for us which hurts us more than a UGA away game.

Man I was so excited for that game.

About Super Sunday, I take back my previous concern of the ETSU vs KSU game being on said day. As the football season starts to develop it has become clear New England has already won the 2008 Super Bowl (or is it 2007? who cares they win everything..) so I will likely be attending the basketball game.

The AFC is so much better than the NFC so the superbowl will be over after the AFC championship game. I will be at the ETSU KSU game.

RE: Tiggs
It does look like the Pats have a better chance than the 13-0 Colts did not even halfway through.

Monday Night Football with Vick being sentenced hours earlier in a month... I mean, that's just not right. I know it was set way before all this happened but reschedule. Don't make it the human interest. We already got embarrassed last night.

And Super Bowls are notoriously horrible. It's about the party I throw each year so I most likely won't be at the game. See you at the others though! And the tailgates, those are going to be fun.

I would never pick the super bowl or any other sporting event over an ETSU game...Perhaps you people should ask yourselves why your support for the mighty KSU is conditional.

Yet you only support ETSU basketball... So I'd say there are plenty of events you choose over ETSU sports..

In the process... we are actually using ETSU as a case study in order to better our chances lol "ETSU: What Not To Do."

You must realize that football will return to ETSU at some point. The current regime cannot last forever.

In the mean time, if you gain a football team down at KSU, good luck in the pioneer league
