Starting a trophy game between NIU and BSU
I emailed our Athletic Director Jim Phillips with regards to starting a trophy game with Ball State a while back, and today I just got emailed back by the deputy Director of Athletics telling me to inform any Ball State fans interested in this type of game to contact their Athletic Department with the same idea or even a proposal. If anybody here thinks that Ball State and NIU should play for some sort of object/traveling trophy, you should come up with an idea and contact your Athletic Department ASAP, because from the email I recieved this morning it sounds like something that is not out of reach, we just need Ball State to be on the same page as us. The assistant AD also told me that he will try and get back in contact with Joe Hernendez at Ball State about starting this type of game up and he will keep me posted on its progress...so if anything changes I will let anyone who is interested know.

Go MAC!
