I honestly do not try to be annoying, it just really pains me to see NIU students not having pride in their school. I almost think it is a contagious attitude, and its so entrenched in Dekalb I do not think it can ever be gotten rid of.
i have a ton of pride in NIU, but i do like Illinois also much because my mom attended grad school there, but i think that though people like Illinois, NIU is number one with them, we would all like to see NIU in any bowl game right now

No I dont think you are anti NIU Trav. I know you grew up down there and got contaminated that way. I just get ill to hear NIU fans talking about the Illini's bowl game. And now I have to hear this for a whole month.
